Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 2026-10-26
Draft under legal review. It may change before Feeds opens to the public.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Feeds and to everything done with their accounts and keys.
You may not use Feeds to
- Monitor private individuals. Track or profile people who are not public figures or acting in a public or professional capacity, including stalking, harassment, doxxing, or surveillance of employees, partners, or family.
- Discriminate. Make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or access to services based on what people post, or infer sensitive characteristics such as health, religion, political views, or sexual orientation.
- Resell the data. Redistribute the raw posts as a data feed, sell access to the Service, or build a competing service.
- Break the law or others’ rights. Violate data protection, consumer, or intellectual property law, or the rights of the people in the data.
- Abuse the Service. Get around rate limits, budgets, or billing; share accounts to multiply trial credits; probe or attack our systems; or use webhooks to send traffic to systems you do not control.
- Spam or deceive. Use the data to send unsolicited messages, or to impersonate the authors of the posts.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend trackers, keys, or accounts while we do. For serious or repeated misuse we may close the account without refund of credits. Report misuse to [email protected].
